Essential Job Functions
As part of our consultant network, you’ll contribute to:
• Delivering client-focused consulting projects in your specialty (regulatory, GMP, market access, etc.)
• Preparing/reviewing SOPs, technical reports, registration files, BE protocols, and strategic documentation
• Participating in meetings and remote/onsite sessions with clients when needed
• Supporting training sessions, workshops, or inspections (if relevant to your profile)
• Collaborating with our internal teams (AI, Content Creation, Course instructors) when needed to amplify your project’s impact
Requirements
We welcome seasoned professionals or those ready to take their first step into consulting, with:
• 7–15+ years of practical experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, CDMOs, health agencies, or CROs
• Proven expertise in at least one core area (not limited to):
o Regulatory Affairs
o GMP / Quality Compliance
o R&D / Formulation Development
o Bioequivalence & Biowaivers
o Market Access & HEOR
o Pharmacovigilance & Clinical Research
o Facility & Equipment Qualification
o Supply Chain Strategy
o Digital & Data-Driven Pharma
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Other languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus
• Professional presence and client-ready attitude
• Ability and willingness to travel on short-term assignments (10–25%)
